How much is Executive Xscape?
Executive Xscape is $119 per person. It includes a 60-minute private escape room experience, digital team photo, company welcome screen, hosted awards presentation, Xscape Excellence Medals, Team Choice MVP awards and the All-Round Best Team Trophy.
How long does the experience take?
The escape room challenge runs for 60 minutes. Allow extra time for the welcome, the awards presentation and team photos — the whole event is designed to move efficiently so it does not take over your day.
How many people can attend?
Teams normally play in groups of 4–9 people. Larger corporate groups are split across multiple rooms and teams playing at the same time, so bigger companies can all take part together.
What is included in Executive Xscape?
The 60-minute escape room experience with a Game Master, team photography, a personal planning call, company-branded mission files, competition and leaderboard elements, multiple award categories, the All-Round Best Team Trophy and an executive event report.
Will someone help us organise the event?
Yes. Executive Xscape includes a dedicated point of contact who helps with numbers, team allocations, timings, award selections and any special requirements right through to event day.
Do we have to stay for a long awards ceremony?
No. The recognition part is deliberately short and hosted, so your team gets the celebration without the event dragging on.
Can different teams compete against each other?
Yes, where multiple teams play at the same time and the room configuration allows it. Results go onto a leaderboard so there is a clear winning team.
Do all participants receive a medal?
No. Medals recognise selected achievements and contributions rather than being given to everyone, which keeps the recognition meaningful.
Do we get team photographs?
Yes. A digital team photo is included and sent to you after the event.
Where is Xscape Space located?
Xscape Space is at 2a Estuary Place, Richmond, Nelson 7020, just off Lower Queen Street, with parking on site.
