Please arrive 10 minutes before your game time for check-in.
It is extremely important that all customers arrive for their bookings on time. We will not turn you away if you arrive past your scheduled start time, but please note that we may not be able to allow you to run over time if you do not make it out within an hour. This is done to ensure that other customers are not inconvenienced and can start their experience on time.
No, every entry door is never locked, however doors inside the room may be locked but once unlocked there is always a way out. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.
No, you will not have to work with other teams.
We disinfect game rooms between each and every game and common areas like our lobbies between every cycle of games.
Your gift card will be used to book your adventure, so make sure it’s handy when you make your reservation. When booking online:
- Select your game, date, and time. Each gift card has a unique 11-digit code. Enter this code in the “coupon/gift voucher” tab on the payment page.
- Multiple gift cards cannot be applied to one reservation; please give us a call to book your game.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email of the game you have booked.
If you are having any problems using your gift card(s), please call us and a team member will be happy to assist you!
Gift Vouchers will be valid for 12 months from date of issue.
We understand that plans change, so reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before your game. We will give you a gift voucher up to the full amount spent on your booking, no cash refunds will be given. Give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.
Yes there is allocated parking at 2a Estuary Place and plenty of off street parking.
We recommend our games for ages 11 and up. We do allow younger players, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. A paying adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 11 and under. We do not charge for anyone under the age of 11 for all our indoor games.
However for our Outdoor games Magic Portal and The Secret of Einstein there is a charge of $15 per child aged 6 to 10.
Blackout and Operation Mindfall are not recommend for under 11 year old’s, the content is too difficult and the price stays at $35 per person.

We ask that no food or drink is taken into the game rooms. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on our premises.
Xscape Space is the premier provider of escape rooms. Enter one of our immersive worlds and recover a priceless work of art, rob a bank, or break out of prison. Your team will have one hour to complete your mission and escape. Be the hero and be home in time for dinner.
